They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place alone is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, along with the location was awesome, nevertheless it's just around the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as have been the doorways, the trim, much in the furnishings, etcetera.

The assets is as advertised - nothing extravagant to your house but amazing location over the beach. No, the house is not full with the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of home for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't plenty of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.
